GPLA Family Toolkit

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Beginning Aug 11 for students with last name A- K and August 12 for students with last name L-Z, parents may report to the front windows of the school to pick up resources and Chromebooks for students.  Please note that students who report to school can bring their Chromebooks for checkups and updates.

Virtual Students: Parents and/or students may report to the front windows of the school to pick up resources and Chromebooks for students on August 12 & 13 between 9 a.m - 2 p.m.  We encourage parents to call the school to ensure that we have Chromebooks in stock.

Pick Up Time:

Pick-up time will begin from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m.

Items Needed for Pickup:

All parents must bring a photo ID to pick up items for students and must be the guardian on file in order to pick up for your child or have the student present with you.

Pick Up Procedure:

Parents and students not participating in the “soft start” will pick up items by reporting to the front entrance of the school.  We will have two pickup stations available.

Station 1 is for any parent who has already submitted a “Device Loan Agreement” form prior to the pickup day.  These parents (with photo ID)/students will report to the left window. Once verified, you will sign, indicating that you are receiving the items, and then the materials will be handed to you.

Station 2 is for those who have not completed a “device loan agreement form.”  These parents will retrieve a form from outside and complete it.  Next, the form will be submitted to the front window on the right. (Parents will also pay the $20 optional insurance at this time.)  Please note it will take 15 minutes to process these forms.  After submitting the form to the right window, you report to the left window (end of the line). Then, parents (with photo ID)/students will report to the left window. Once verified, you will sign, indicating that you are receiving the items, and then the materials will be handed to you.

Please be patient, as we must adhere to physical and social distancing norms through this process.
